Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your account and all associated data from Tether Launcher.
What gets deleted: All data linked to your account — including device configuration, contacts, map destinations, reminders, and caregiver pairings — will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of your request.
Before you request deletion
Tether Launcher has two types of accounts. Please read below so we can process your request correctly.
Member device
Your device was assigned an anonymous ID automatically — no sign-in is required. Deleting this account removes all device data including home screen layout, contacts, map destinations, reminders, emergency settings, and all caregiver pairings. To locate your data we need your device ID, which is found in the app under Remote Access → Your device ID.
Caregiver account (Manager mode)
Your Google account is used to sign in and manage one or more paired devices. Deleting your caregiver account removes only your caregiver profile and your access to paired devices. It does not delete the member's device data — that data belongs to the device and can only be deleted by a separate request for the device itself.
